1. Online payments — coming soon

We are finishing our integration with PayHere, a Central Bank-approved payment service in Sri Lanka. Until it goes live, we confirm availability first and then send you secure payment instructions by email or WhatsApp. We will never ask for your full card number, CVV or one-time password by email, phone or WhatsApp.

2. Card security

When online payment is live you will pay on PayHere’s hosted checkout. Card details go directly to PayHere and the card networks over an encrypted connection and are never seen or stored by us. PayHere is certified to the PCI-DSS standard and supports 3-D Secure where your bank offers it.

We store only the payment reference, amount, currency, status and the payment method type returned by PayHere, to keep your booking up to date.

3. Currency

Prices are set in US dollars. Your card issuer may convert the charge and apply its own exchange rate and fees.

4. Fraud and chargebacks

If you think a payment to us was made without your permission, contact velouraceylontravels@gmail.com straight away. We may cancel bookings where we reasonably suspect fraud and report it to the payment provider and authorities.
